I was pleasantly surprised when I met Arslan Hanif of State Legal Services as he was very knowledgeable, informative and knows the law like the back of his head but down to earth and some one you can discuss concerns with in open and comfortable manner. I did not feel intimidated because he made me feel like the smallest of my concerns were legitimate and encouraged me to ask questions until i felt satisfied.
