I went in with a vague idea of what i needed and Paula really helped me out. She was FANTASTIC! I was redoing my roots at home and needed bleach, developer, toner, and some supplies and Paula made sure I got everything I needed. She went over which products would give me the best results for what I wanted to achieve, and also which products were more economical keeping my budget in mind. She was very knowledgeable about the products and their performance. I'll be going back in a few days to pick up some more hair colour and my go-to will definitely be Paula if shes around. She also gave me a sample of a shampoo and conditioner and I loved it so much I'm going to make sure i get the full sized bottle! THANKS PAULA

The staff at this TBBS are incredible! So helpful, so patient! They explained how to use toner with a color, suggested a Joico color I adore and get SO many compliments on! and I am saving hundreds of dollars a year now that I can professionally color my own hair at home.
