Needless to say, I often have a lot of questions and need the supplier to, in some cases, 'interpret' the instructions I've been given to ensure I order precisely what's required.
Eastman was excellent at being responsive and working with me. I needed a variety of annealing equipment and my client was completely satisfied with the result.
