(February 28, 2022, 6:43 am)I had booked the Emirates Drop-off from the Pearson Airport to my location. My immigration took longer than expected and I couldn't make it to the slot that I had booked the car for. I was assisted by Alessia at the airport and she was excellent at her job. Not only was she able me to book me another car at a very short notice, she also made sure that the car arrived on time and that the service was spectacular.
So very pleased by all the efforts made on her end.
