Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The most smooth experience in car rental. This is the first time I've rented a car. They couldn't pick me up from work but I needed a car so they sent an Uber to pick me up! I waited next in line and within 10-15 mins I was off(I made a reservation so they had the car ready for me). Thank you to the team for making this a great experience!!

Had a bad experience with the Airport location, so I cancelled my rental and booked at this location. Definitely the best decision I made. The guys here are awesome! Customer service is in point and the guys are so personable. It's far from home, but I'll likely be booking with this location moving forward. Don't book at the airport unless you can't find a car here first!!!

From beginning to end, the customer service was fantastic! It was busy when I walked in to get my car and I witnessed every agent pitching in to help the customers and each other with patience, politeness and a smile. The couple in front of me had an issue and the agent was helpful in resolving it quickly and changed her reservation to be of the best benefit to her, saving her the cost of 2 days. I was really impressed that he would go above and beyond like that.

I liked the fact that they use iPads to process more people, more quickly. The car itself (Ford Taurus full size) was fantastic! Very comfortable with all the bells and whistles. I booked it with Costco and had the extra driver fee waived. Very reasonable rate. Dropped off after hours and it was very easy, convenient and my final invoice was mailed to me the next day, no fuss, no muss.

If I ever have to rent a car again, I will definitely come to this location and highly recommend them to anyone.

Gabriel was extremely friendly and did not rush me through the entire process.
