When they arrived on scene there was no wait time or busy in talking. Literally got straight to the job. Took time out to explain what was wrong with my car, service was excellent and price was the best in the city. Erica and Lou you guys are the best. Definetly deserve more then what they asked. Erica came to diagnose my car because it wouldn't start, she found the problem right away and gave me advice on what I should do to get it fixed. She then called Lu to double-check, and he later came to take a look himself, and fixed it in minutes! They wouldn't leave until they solved the problem, and they did.
They are very professional, perfectionists, honest, and friendly.
I honestly believe they can fix anything!
I am really grateful I called them for help, and will call them again if I ever have problems with my car. -

Lu is one of the best mechanic i ever met! He is extremely experienced, patient & gives attention to detail.
He explained me faults in a layman language & answered all of my queries in detail. He is also very cooperative, works very patiently and even came back next day (without any additional charges) as i was not able to source a faulty part.
He is also very economical and won’t try to rip/charge you anything extra. He serviced my Volkswagen and I am extremely satisfied!
Lu, as i said, you are going to be my car family doctor going forward!
