Recommended to me by a colleague ten years ago. She and her entire family had gone there for years. Now my entire family goes there. For years. These guys are the true embodiment of the Canadian small business landscape; second-generation family-owned and operated, great product selection, and a friendly, warm and personalized customer service experience. I would give them 6 stars, if I could.

In response to the negative reviews, I've read them...and frankly, ten years of patronage and dozens of customer referrals later, I can't recall a single bad experience at Erin Mlls Optical. Nor can any of the friends, family members and colleagues I have sent there, who are now themselves regular customers. Ten years of loyal, honest, and consistent service. I would never buy glasses from anywhere else again.

Very good service and good prices. I have been going here for many years with family and always left pleased with the price and service. Would highly reconmend to everyone. Just got my ray ban glasses made today and they are looking amazing.
