Was hesitant at first to go but was looking for a cat tree and they can be very expensive so decided to give it a shot. It’s a warehouse style layout but everything is nicely displayed. Customer service was lovely, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They didn’t rush my decision at all and I never felt pressured. Came home with a cat tree I was very happy with and totally going back for a massage chair (which they were happy to let me try and man was it awesome!).
