a purchase receipt for me so I could
go back to Apple on my 1 year warranty.
They searched their records and found
my purchase transaction - WOW.
Zaheera even helped by booking me
an appointment with the I-Store at Square 1
They went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND.

The staff at Best Buy Mobile at Erin Mills Town Centre has always been very helpful. Annie and Marques stayed late (more than half an hour outside the closing time) justto complete my complex transaction and made sure everything was resolved properly before I head back home.
Zaheera and Winnie did another complex transaction for me today (a return transaction) and put all their efforts into it to make sure it gets through properly.
Such transactions often require back and forth calls with the cell phone carriers while ensuring that the other customers in the store are also entertained.
The store also offers good discounts on accessories if you buy the gadgets from here. I think these guys are doing a great job overall.

I had a recent experience worth sharing, I went in today to have my invisible shield sapphire screen protector installed (which has been giving me tons of problems) with a store manager or associate, Manny, when I returned he informed me that unfortunately he was experiencing the same problem of the edges lifting... instead of just sending me home unsatisfied he had already installed an alternative that works perfectly with warranty included! Very satisfied. - will be returning for future mobile needs!
