Very good service, but need more ASL interpreters for access.

Great customer service from the receptionist to the audiologist Angela Jean. She took the time to listen, showed empathy and had a positive attitude, rare to find these
    Thank you!

Wonderful staff, always so courteous and professional. Audiologist Angela is simply the best. She is so kind, compassionate and helpful. My experience there is always positive.

A non profit organization that runs various programs and conducts hearing tests. Cost of a hearing test is $ 65 and the organization will facilitate getting hearing aids if needed and deals with various vendors. We dealt with Angela who is an audiologist and she is a pleasing and patient personality. Not only did she conduct the test, she also fixed my father's existing hearing aid and performed functionality tests. Location is convenient, ample parking available.

Learn ASL in an easy and systematic way. You will get homework and assignments, but that usually comes with classes of any type. It really helps to speak to deaf outside of class as regularly as possible. If you don't have deaf friends, go on Google or ask your teacher about events with the deaf community that you can attend. The deaf are incredibly patient! Make sure you know your alphabet and you can learn anything after that. The Canadian Hearing Society (CHS) had only deaf instructors which is so awesome. However, please stick with deaf culture and try your best not to talk in class! It helps you and your peers to learn when not talking and only signing :)
