One star review? Every company eventually has bad customers. I have worked with Vladimir since early 2016. Stared out with the Ver. 2 Head Doctor (It has saved us thousands of dollars over a few years). 6 months later I switch to their Inks for my Roland AJ-1000 printer. After using it for two months I noticed I reduced head dropout rate and the color gamut was expanded. A year latter we began purchasing ink for the HP FB950. This ink was problem free.
I did have an ink issue (bad ink) one time. It was hard to properly trouble shoot. Once we were able to identify the problem Vladimir made me whole with replacement ink and some credit. So I have had an issue, and it was willingly resolved.
Ink: The Roland AJ-1000 was discontinued 2009, end of support was 2015. We continue to run this printer with excellent quality and low maintenance due to the ink they still provide.
Head Doctor: There have been several upgrades to the head doctors making it easier to use, though I was able to apply some basic upgrades to Ver 2 thanks to continued support for the machine. I still use it today.
Rare to have a technician that can help you save money. Thank you for saving my Roland Print head. Very impressed with your knowledge & service. This company is doing something different. I recommend them to anyone that has a sign business.
