Had a great experience with this company. The package was delivered less than 24 hours from when I had originally ordered it. I ended up missing my package because I was at work. They did attempt to call x3 times which was nice. I contacted customer service and Alex was so respectful and helpful with solving my issue. The package came two days later because it was Sunday and a holiday Monday (which is expected. There was so much follow up and attention with this company. I am super happy with how everything worked out.
Hello, I am satisfied with the delivery service I received. The first time my parcel was out for delivery the driver went to the wrong entrance of my condo complex, which is only for residence with a remote to enter. The driver said the "clearance was too low for the vehicle to enter?! this should have been obvious as it was not the address on the delivery ticket.
After a few emails describing to the company what had happened, the driver went to the security gatehouse a couple of days later when back at work and the delivery was made.
Fleet Optics are quick to respond via email. There is a phone number but it is basically a waste of time.
They were very helpful about getting this issue straightened out and they did.
I will for sure use Fleet Optics in the future and recommend the service.
One thing to mention is if you have any sort of instructions about the delivery, once you get a tracking # assigned to it email them with those instructions. They are very appreciative of this and helps the process move quicker.

Initially when my package was not delivered i was very upset so I contacted the customer service.. Alex at the customer service was amazing, practically immediately responded to my email and had my package delivered to me in the next hour. It doesn’t happen very often to go from an upset client to absolutely satisfied. I’m very impressed. Best customer service ever. Thank you!
Love Fleet Optics!! hadn't received my package in the morning due to an entry code miscommunication and so it was deemed to be an unsuccessful attempt as I assumed they would just try again the next day. However, when I emailed Fleet Optics, they contacted the driver to re-attempt delivery and it came just an hour later successfully! So pleased with the service! Customer Service is amazing and they have such great spirit during these busy times (Thanks Stevie!). Very appreciative for their service (and my coffee delivery)!
