The customer service was excellent and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company!
I've been a customer with HD Telecom for many years (as early as when they first started I think) and never had any issue. Today I was having a connection issue, my modem was not working properly so I called the support line and the tech answered the phone within 2 minutes. Problem was resolved quickly and he was very nice. Greatest internet provider I've ever had.
Great value for internet service compared to the traditional service providers.
The TV channel packages are good too.
There have been some technical glitches with the service (access to the network and account login) but those were dealt with quickly by their support desk, even on Christmas Day.
This is a reliable service with straightforward answers and quick replies. The price is comparable to similar services like TekSavvy with less hassles.
