Karioka Fine Egyptian Cuisine & French Cafe

This place is unquestionably one of the coolest place to eat in the area. Always when I come there I am remarkably happy. They maintain their high standard service and the topmost level of cooking they serve. You always win with this restaurant. Very recommended.

I had the best experience here, the staff was absolutely amazing & were so kind & helpful. The owner even came to check on our table & assisted his staff with bringing food to the tables and taking orders. This made it seem as though they were all one big family and were one team. They smiled the entire time I was there & were a delight to talk to. Going on to the food, I tried a couple dishes including their okra which was phenomenal! I highly recommend coming here especially on the weekends for an awesome experience & to hear a man perform “oud” & sing along if you speak Arabic & if not you will still definitely enjoy the atmosphere & the delicious food! 10/10!!!

First experience at Karioka and absolutely loved it! We discovered it by accident on a walk and wanted to come in for a light dessert and we were given the best customer service! The gentleman was so polite and gave us a small history of the restaurant. Although we discovered it by accident, we will definitely be coming back, and I will be telling my family about it. The whole experience was amazing and I will be recommending this place to everyone! I can't wait to go again with my family.

? Mixed Grill with a skewer of tawook, kofta, beef kabab along with a reyash served with a choice of rice or fries.

? Reyash Plate- Perfectly marinated lamb chops served with rice.

? Savory Crepes- A beautifully wrapped chicken shawarma in a crepe which was a totally new take on the shawarma.

? From the french cafe we savoured some La Fayette pastries and freshly baked crossiants.

?They serve some really refreshing juices and I would highly recommend trying the Fakhfakhina cocktail.
