The moment we walked into the Micasa showroom, attracted by their very appealing designs, we were greeted like old friends and treated like family members and the whole experience of buying a kitchen was a pleasure from beginning to end.
Overall, our experience with Micasa Kitchens has been hugely positive, right from the design phase to the delivery. Alex and his wife guided us through the design phase and weren’t pressured to commit on the spot, and they then helped us modify our design to suit our budget.
After negotiating the final price we were given an installation date.
After this things went like clockwork. We were kept informed of the progress and given confirmation of who was doing the installation. Several weeks before installation Alex visited to recheck the items ordered would indeed fit and not pose a problem during the install. The delivery organization was good and the delivery men were amazing. The installation team arrived at 8am, on the correct day, and the quality of work and materials surpassed our expectations.
I can only say that using Micasa Kitchens has been a great experience, we were waiting for some element to go wrong but nothing did, plus our beautiful kitchen look fabulous. Top job, Great staff and I would highly recommend Micasa kitchens to anyone.

Alex designed and installed closet organizers in all our closets. It was the best decision we ever made. Living in a condo, space is at a premium and properly designed closets gave us extra storage room we didn't know we had! We were so happy with the results, and the closets were definitely a selling feature when we sold our condo! His work was excellent, and he was both quick and neat. I highly recommend him.

My wife and I hired Micasa for our custom kitchen and 3 custom closet organizers. We were very happy with the level of professionalism. Alex offered many great suggestions and his attention to detail and creativity was very much appreciated. Alex is ahead of the curve when it comes to style and following the newest trends. The work was performed on time, and with excellent craftsmanship. Customer service both during the project and after installation have been excellent as well. The price point was very competitive. We are very happy with the end result and have been complimented by our friends and family time and time again. I have already recommended Micasa to friends and colleagues and will continue to do so.

Best choice we ever made. Alex was very professional. Design exactly the way we wanted. Did our Kitchen first, then our bathrooms cabinets two years after. Very pleased. We got lower quotes but we knew Micasa will deliver quality and looks. Will recommend Micasa kitchen.
