Really beautiful supermarket! So much unique and amazing food you can't fine anywhere else! The design of the store is top notch, and there are so many options. Very impressed.

Great varieties of stuff from different countries. It carries sections selling prepared dishes at reasonable price. You can choose from salad to paste, Western to Chinese or Japanese. The store is well organized and displayed conveniently. The only down side is the public facility such was washroom which is dirty and stain always. Otherwise, I would rate 4 or even 5 stars.

Huge and bright store. Everything inside are arranged labeled neatly and accurately. Store cleanliness is also top notch. huge selections of fresh veggies and fruits. Huge selections of sushi, bakeries, and hot tables food. Hot food are fresh and of good quality. Staff are knowledgeable and ready to assist. Prices seems to be a bit higher than other Chinese groceries in Sauga. But store experience and selections made up for it.

If you are looking for Asian food products then this is the place to come to. The have everything Asian not just Chinese or Thai. They have Eastern Europe and the middle East covered too. Excellent ready made meals for American Japanese Chinese middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine. Prices are amazing but store is always busy. They were even open on family day. Love this store. Best selection of Asian grocery items outside of Chinatown.

Nations Fresh Foods is an explosion of fresh foods at a super price. We truly enjoyed walking through this beast of a Grocery Store. We highly recommend this chain because of its excellent prices and selection of produce / foods. The only complaint I have is the food I ordered from the Sushi counter ~ the Curry Chicken Rice Bowl. The Curry was not very watery but instead dry and you could barely taste the Curry. Will definitely return and highly recommend this place to all. ❤️
