(February 12, 2019, 3:15 pm)Ordered balloons to be picked up Thursday night for an event on Friday morning. Upon picking them up Thursday night they said they made that order for Wednesday night (not what was requested). They agreed to have the balloons ready first thing Friday morning. Upon picking them up Friday morning the staff was very disorganized. The one lady checking me out smelt like marijuana and had no idea what she was doing. I had to explain to her 3 times that I paid for 6 weights and needed 2 more (4 were already attached to balloons).
