(June 7, 2018, 6:56 pm)I never write reviews, but this time, it had to be done. I walked into this branch angry and frustrated at the service I received from the Winston Churchill Scotia Bank. Then RBC really showed me what real banking should feel like. The financial advisor, Sumra Ehtesham, was very courteous and kind. Sat me down and explained everything I needed to know about the professional student line of credit offered to dental students studying in Canada, and I was sold. Answered all my questions and highlighted my importance to RBC. Really made me feel special after Scotia Bank did the exact opposite. Sumra just granted RBC a life-long health professional customer.
