(April 1, 2018, 1:56 am)All levels and abilities will feel welcome. Sifu Chuck O’Neill is both skilled and patient. He can turn up the lesson and intensity based on the audience or slow things down if the group is learning new concepts. My favourite sessions were the stick fighting and tactical workshops. I wish I had given a review earlier!
