(March 20, 2019, 2:00 pm)RONA just keeps getting better. Having to prioritize a customer over a task one is already busy with, can be EITHER frustrating OR rewarding, depending on staff attitude. I have found a few competitors' stores that are also "help forward", but no RONA stores that aren't. I suspect upper management is more actively integrated; nobody is aloof because customers do not need loofs.
