Dr. Luo is the dentist for my whole family. My daughter started checking the teeth with her since 3 years old. Now she is 6 without any cavity. We are very happy with her services and skills.

Clean dental office. It may get busy over the holidays.

Dentist's skill set is good. I had my wisdom tooth removed and since recovered nicely.

One thing I find lacking is their staff's communication skills. I don't know it's because of a lack of language skills or lack of training.

I have always found communicating with their staff difficult even in Chinese. They forgot to call me for my follow up appointment.

Follow up : Their office manager called me and sorted out the issue for me. So, that is good. Also, they were courteous enough to provide me a note for my insurance company. So I am giving them 4 stars.

Such a very experienced doctor! I finished 2 root canals,1 crown, several fillings all in the past 3 years. So happy with her attitude and skills and quality of the services. She is my only dentist.
