Julian is such a bro man. Great guy, I was shipped the wrong shoe size for a shoe that I ordered online, when I went to the store to return it, my shoe size for the particular shoe was out of stock. Julian apologised for the error and was very generous by letting me choose any other shoe I wanted for the same price. I thought he dealt with the error very well and showed great customer service.
