This company's rep, Jack Huang helped us out immensely. After having completed a reno on our property, the city asked for a Final Grading Certificate. After forwarding our plans to Jack, he reached out to the city representative, and they determined that the Grading Certificate wasn't required.
We saved time and money not having to do the Survey. Wow.

TMK was efficient and quick to survey our property and provide the appropriate stake markers required for our pool permit. I was really happy that they were able to accelerate the timeline for us and get our pool permit process moving forward. The employee's that came to our property were polite and advised us they would be working in our yard and didn't require anything of us. Anything they moved the put back the way it was and took care for any trees and plants that were in their path. Would definitely use them again if required for another service.
