Time Out overall is good/great with texture and light with sugar. It is a great choice for afternnon HK tea time / western snack time.
If you do not have peanut allergy, please try the peanut, coconut and sesame cookie. Small with a size of nickel, thick as 3 mercury battery, but this thing is a flavor packer!

We bought the peanut crisp and it was delicious. They also offer breakfast, lunch and tea time special. Overall the place look good, very comfortable, and the lady working there is very friendly. Definitely coming back next time with friends.
Best decadent mango cake ever!!! Their mouth watering desserts...just yummy!!!
I don't have a sweet tooth but the Mango cake is an excellent choice. Not too sweet yet so flavorful! It stays in your palate and would crave for a second serving.
