Just recently we realized that one door did not have a seal anymore and the window casing had an issue. The door had been purchased about 15 years prior by my dad. Not only did Vlado from Eurotherm come quickly to assess the damage but he also replaced the door, fixed the window and honoured the warranty. Excellent customer service and a family company that is reliable and fully stands behind their products. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thank you Vlado!
It is a pleasure to work with Eurotherm Windows, a family run business who provide quality windows, competitively priced and actually install what they sell. Yes, the owner is on site installing what he sells.
We first had windows installed in early 2000's and again in 2018. The same dependable people work at Eurotherm today.
