Love shopping at Factory Tile Depot. As a realtor and Reno-er of homes I have always found the selection current, the advice on point (especially thanks to Kate) and the prices very reasonable. Thanks again - hope to see you again soon.

We were taken care of immediately, the sales associate was polite, kind, sincere and for sure patient. Her knowledge was astonishing and the measurements were on point.
This price is reasonable and fair.
Clean environment and lots of parking. Items were available on the day as quoted. Great experience. Thank you

Staff are amazing, they don't hover but are there if you have any questions and are super friendly. They really helped with our bathroom renovation! They didn't oversell us on the amount of product that we needed, and recommended all the right stuff for where the tile was going & the type of tile being used. Thank you guys again you are amazing! I will definitely shop with you again!
