My old Jura machine was giving some trouble, but they were very fair in pricing and addressing my concerns.

Excellent friendly service, worth the drive to Mississauga. Took my Rocket R58 for a tune up, got it back the next day and the coffee is even better than when the machine was brand new!

Excellent service at a fair price to repair my 2006 E8 coffee machine. By mid-2023, we expect to brew 15,000 cups of coffee with our E8.

friendly staff who know coffee, know their machines, and know customer service like no one else. We bought our Jura here 12 years ago, get our services here whenever we run into issues (which is very rarely) and we buy our roasted coffee beans here. Fantastic product, people, and service.

I was welcomed when I arrived and asked to wait. The wait was brief and the service level was exceptional. They do repairs on site and will troubleshoot immediately to determine if it is a quick repair or if you need to leave your machine.
We had to leave ours, and I’m having separation anxiety this morning :-)
