I recently received a FB510 Bandsaw and also a A341 jointer/planer from them this September of 2020. Jeff was my sales representative and was excellent all the way through. Prab was my technical contact and actually made the delivery in person and helped with setup and any questions. They always answer calls and emails if there is a need for communication. Really great experience.
