Sushmendra, styled my hair today after a hair disaster where I clipped my hair while doing my side burns. Anyway, Sushmendra knew exactly what to do and had my in and out of the chair in 10 minutes tops.

You don't need an appointment here unless you booked yourself one online.

Overall, a happy experience.

Great customer service and I have always gotten the best haircuts without any issues here. The only problem I see is that sometimes they lack to offer the hot towel service, which is included with every haircut as advertised on the website. But I have always found that they do not offer the hot towel every time. Other than that, it's always a nice experience to get a haircut here.
