Dino answered my initial email and came to inspect the job, taking measurements and answering any questions I'd had. He was quick at sending me a quote after our face-to-face visit.

Nadia contacted me about setting a time for the job and arranging the first payment. She let me know when the payment was received and let me know when the crew was coming to spray.

Dylan and Antonio showed when Nadia said they would and did all parts of the job that were discussed with Dino. Dylan and Antonio also answered any questions I'd had and were friendly to talk to.

The service provided was spray foam, my first interaction with Nadia was simplified, she was able to book and re-book me as I was awaiting my permit approval. Very patient and accommodating and it felt reassuring that I did not have the extra stress of worrying what would happen when my project had been delayed for weeks. She is flexible contacting you by phone, email or text, don't get over anxious, she is on it and she will get back to you shortly. Mohammad very personable, comes in gives you an honest quote and instruction on what the process entails. The work was done in a timely manner, they arrived on time. Once the drywall installers come in then I will have a better idea of the quality of work, but from me no complaints. Thank you guys for excelling in the area of customer service and follow through on price point and job completion. Will use them again.

I have worked with Mohammad of Foamit and I am very pleased and satisfied with the services they provided to do the spray foam insulation of the walls and attic insulation. He is very knowledgeable and always respond to my calls and emails. The office Coordinator Nadia is very efficient, organized and great communication skills. Foamit.ca was one of few companies that responded to my request for quote on spray foaming walls in a unfinished basement and I'm very pleased that I have decided to have them handle this project.
Right from beginning I was very pleased with the professionalism of the company.
When I called there was an actual person to pick up the phone(that's always a good sign) and shortly after speaking with Nadia about my project, I got a call from Dino to schedule his visit for an estimate.
Dino was very knowledgeable and explained to me the whole project and after about 15 minutes he was able to give me a rough estimate. The actual estimate that I got over email was pretty much the same. When it came to scheduling the actual job, the company was flexible to accommodate my requirement and schedule the job in about 4 weeks.
On the day of the actual spraying of the basement walls (framing and electrical was done), Dylan and his partner came on time and we went over the details in the basement as there were several spots where I needed them to be careful with spraying in order to maintain access or keep the foam within certain limit. I'm very pleased to say that they have done an excellent job. The foam was sprayed evenly everywhere, the frame around windows and doors were done cleanly, and those special spots were done exactly as I have requested. They also ran their hoses through basement window instead of doors to keep the house clean.
Overall, I can confidently recommend Foamit.ca to anyone.
And finally, cost wise, Foamit had the most reasonable price.
