Removing my bad review. Received a call about the delay shipping my order and everything was explained. Unfortunately they did not state in my confirmation that there could be further delays due to covid, which is my issue. We discussed that. If I knew there could be further delays due to the skeleton staff at the lab and the current issues with Canada Post being so slow, I may not have counted on the pictures for my Christmas mailout. The response was professional and apologetic.
