Footprint is the distributor for this product in Canada, and the product had a broken piece, and their customer service was fantastic. They were very courteous on the phone. They shipped my part out the next day and I was able to receive it in a timely fashion to put my VegTrug together in time for the season. Appreciate the great customer service which is hard to find these days, even though the broken piece was not even their fault.
