Kelly has done a phenomenal job in my hair. She is so detailed. Went from having long hair to short , I love the transition and she worked piece by piece. Just the way she cut it was amazing. At the beginning, it was in a ponytail and cut the length to make it easier to cut. She's extremely experienced at what she does.
Will not hesitate to go to her again.

It's an amazing salon. I just say my hair were very dry, frizzy and not at all manageable. Fatima did excellent job she did understand my hair very well. She exactly made it look the way I imagined. The manager was really accommodative and booked my appointment at last moment. I can't express my love enough for this hair cut. Thank you very much Fortelli salon. You will definitely see me every month.

Had an appointment with Sarah on Wednesday and she is Amazing. She also made a small video clip for my hair as I wanted to donate them. That was really sweet of her ☺️ She took time and didn’t rush at all. Very warm personality. Thank you Sarah. P.s I loved my haircut ????. Will highly recommend her.

Took my son in to see Elena since we have a wedding coming up and didn't want to cut his hair ourselves for the occasion. My wife had her hair cut and styled by Elena and she loved it. My wife found out that she also cuts children's hair so we booked my son. She did a great job with him (he's 1.5 yrs old). The place is very clean and staff was extremely friendly and kind. They even offered us water while we waited and also took our coats to hang.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I went to this salon to get my hair done for the first time. Yes, the prices are little high, but it's worth it!! I am 100% satisfied with my hair color and hair cut. Exceptional services! Lisa has a phenomenal customer service! She is SO kind and sweet and she makes every effort to make the customer feel comfortable and to meet their needs! Jennifer was my hair dresser and she did a great job! She exactly knew what she was doing! All of the staff there are very professional and friendly. Also, their cappuccino is delicious!
