I had a great experience getting my Instax 11 repaired. The support tech, Marc, showed care when presented with the problem and addressed the issue quickly. In a world where photos are taken and never seen again the philosophy of this org is different. Each interaction — like each FujiFilm photo — is made to count. Thanks.

I am very happy to share my great first experience dealing directly with Fujifilm Canada! I had an issue using the Fujifilm Camera Remote app to transfer pictures from my XT 30 or use my iphone/ipad as a remote controller, so I called in for (hopefully) some expert guidance. I got to speak with Diego, who not only thoroughly helped me get through my "muddle" but shared some great info as well. He obviously is a Fuji lover (and owner) like me, and I enjoyed his patience with me as well as his very professional enthusiasm and advice. I have loved the results from all of my Fuji cameras over the years but was hesitant to contact Fuji directly due to many poor or frustrating experiences elsewhere.
I think that my experience proves that Fuji really has their act, and more importantly their attitude together as far as customer service!
I will be a customer for life after this experience.

Amazing customer service! I sent in a polaroid for repairs after about a year of ownership and their customer service team was extremely helpful. I love my camera, and deeply appreciate the dedication to customer satisfaction that this company upholds.
I noticed a strange issue with one of my Fuji Batteries which I've never seen before. I rely on my Cameras and especially the multiple batteries I've purchased for my professional work on a daily basis. There were strange cracks on one of my batteries and when I had written in to report it, I got response via email very quickly, submitted a few photos and Fuji immediately sent me a new one. I received it today and it's only been 1 week since I reported it. I'm very pleased with the level of customer service and have been extremely happy with both my XT3s for professional and personal work. Thank you so much Fujifilm!
