Full Metal CrossFit - Mississauga and GTA

I absolutely love Full Metal CrossFit! Being a 19 year old who’s never picked up a barbell I was a little nervous walking in on my first day but I quickly got over that as all the coaches are amazing and everyone in the gym is so supportive and encouraging! I’ve never been so motivated to get fitter and learn more. I can’t say enough nice things!

I was hesitant about starting crossfit at first but the coaches and community make it something I look forward to doing. Full Metal has awesome coaches that encourage you to do your best. I definitely feel stronger and fitter!

A truly incredible experience! Anyone looking to improve their fitness please come join our community. They really do tailor their workouts for any possible ability level, and so there is really no set back. One of the best decisions I have made in my life so far was joining this gym!
