Really good service and fresh products. I can really get most of what I need from their catalog. Good selection of organic products. One think I like about this company is their delivery people. They seem to really care. Their customer service is very responsive.
Ive placed two orders with them so far and its been a breeze. No quality issues, no service issues. I called customer service to see if a delivery time can be changed and they changed it just like that, in a two minute phone call. After making an order, you get to choose exactly when it will arrive at your house using an organized calendar.
Ill definitely be ordering here from now on.
Great service! This is my first time using online grocery shopping platform. No complaints here. I ordered on Friday afternoon for a free delivery Monday between 8:30 to 3 PM and it got to me around 1 PM on Monday. Everything looks fresh and nothing close to expiry. Products were handle well. The delivery man was very friendly. Only thing I would like to point out is that the perishable goods were not that cold when it got to me, so I am not entirely sure how long it has been sitting in the truck?
