It was pre-construction, small 20 unit townhouse complex in a very private residential area. We got the VIP pricing and are very happy with the service provided. Highly recommended.

We where not especially concerned about where we lived in The Greater Toronto Area, we where more focused on the modern house itself being the one we would enjoy and only someone with passion for modern can understand that.
