Sapna of Hakim Optical served me. She was friendly, knowledgeable & answered all my questions regarding glasses. I bought 3 glasses although when I entered the store I wanted to only buy 2 reading glasses. The extra one I purchased was long distance. I have to say customer service was excellent! I will always buy glasses form Hakim Optical. Thank you Sapna!

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Sapna at Hakim Optical, located in Argentia Road, Mississauga. This was my second time in the store after Dec'18 and she recognized me when I reached out to the counter. Her exemplary customer service skills together with her eye for detail were the reason, I used Hakim again. The first pair of lenses have the perfect clarity and am hoping it will repeat again.
