We give them two 🌟🌟 for a high quality of workmanship. We did not give a fifth 🌟because we thought there was room for some improvement in the procedural area which we spoke about during the work. Overall, Happy and his team provide a service that is of very good value for their customers.

Happy hardwood floors did a great job installing the hardwood floors in our house and building the stairs. They were reliable, on time and completed the project within the project schedule.

Finally a trustworthy contractor. Happy and his team were great. We visited Happy at his store and he help us with our decision on what type of floor we wanted. From there it was a smooth transition to the final floor layout. The floor looks fantastic. Our basement looks like a new room from what it was before Happy was involved. Happy was more than willing to help us with any issues during the project and I would highly recommend happy and his team.

Happy was extremely helpful and pleasant. We were shopping for wood to complete a hardwood installation in our home. Happy spent 20 minutes on the phone with us to explain what to look for when purchasing the right hardwood. When we reached out to him later (after selecting a wood samples from other stores), he gladly provided his advice on which sample would be best for our home in terms of colour and quality. Happy went out of his way to ensure that our project would be a success, even though he wasn’t receiving business from us. Highly recommended for superior customer service.
