You HAVE to be extremely precise when filling out the shipping portion of your online order. HP Canada ships through Canada Post. CP will return the order if there's even one minor mistake, because they work as part of the government. Had to reorder the item again, and wait 10-15 business days for a refund of the original order.
Calling HP's Customer Service line was a pleasant experience--the staff DJ and Bobby--were excellent to deal with--professional and helpful throughout this ordeal. :)
Regarding pricing, the prices in the HP Store are better compared to other retailers, and they have promotions from time-to-time that's pretty nice.
