Celebrating Thanksgivings

It's hard to describe the feeling "like being back" when I first heard the sermon directly at a temple - in a cozy house in Canada 🇨🇦. A special day because it is the full moon day of September (AL), which is also Thanksgiving Day - Thanksgiving here.

Thank you for the good fortune (from Dr. Google!!! 😃) for bringing me to the vast wisdom-knowledge of the Mahayana Buddhist world. We would like to thank the Abbot, the nuns and Buddhists of Hong An Temple - Mississauga - for organizing the program and inviting Master Minh Quang from Thien Tuong Monastery in Illinois, USA. preaching on the Buddhist scriptures. According to him, it is a series of Sutras of Shakyamuni Buddha preached to monastics before entering Nirvana. On this rare occasion, the Master brought a lecture to both monastic and lay Buddhists.

Thank you for a very meaningful and fun day. To eat many delicious vegetarian dishes, to meet very devout Buddhist brothers and sisters and to hear valuable teachings on Buddhist cartography or the three paths of Buddhist practice...

Suddenly startled because more and more I see that my understanding is too small, limited and full of ignorance and ego. The road to body-mind-mind repair is still long ahead.

I hope that 1 week of teaching every night of the Master at Hong An Pagoda brings many benefits to the Dharma propagation and opens up blessings for Buddhists offline and online from this live stream.
