but Residents Book the Time but they Don't show up Nor they Withdraw few hours before Swim Session in case they are NOT able to Attend their own booked session.
This does not allow other Customers waiting to book swim session.
City of Mississauga Recreation MUST DO SOMETHING about this Chronic Problem as sometime out of 9 people who book ONLY 5 or less or less than 9 show up but Active Mississauga website says "Program Full".
This Problem is with ALL Indoor Pool Drop-In Booking.
