I’ve been training with Shan for a couple of months and I’ve made really good progress. I Started off at 207 pounds in December 2018, and I lost 17 pounds since. Not only are the sessions great, but the advice he’s given me really helps with progress!

I have been using their services for a month now and have found it very helpful. Having Shan, my trainer, lead me through a workout has made it much easier to exercise regularly and safely. And doing it at home in a comfortable environment also helps to keep me motivated.
