I recently spilled liquid on a relatively new Dell XPS and I needed help. A.J and Hadi at IO Systems Inc. provided immediate assistance. He explained in detail the probability of the liquid destroying the circuitry, especially if the laptop is still receiving electricity - this laptop has a built-in non removable battery. I left the computer with him and he kept me well informed as he proceeded to work and diagnose the severity of the problem. Unfortunately, the mother board was damaged and unrepairable. Taking extra time, he completely set up a replacement Dell Laptop purchased from ISO Systems.
I highly recommend, A.J and Hadi at IO Systems Inc. for their expertise, professionalism and providing excellent service for their customers.
