Jumbaloo Playgrounds

The kids had fun BUT I don't think I would have a party there again. It's too overpriced and you don't even have enough time to set up for your party before the party starts. For ex: The set up time is only 15 min before and the play time and room time is 2 hrs in total. For the money people are paying they need to change that whole shared time for room and play. Basically kids only have 1 hr to 1.5 hr to play ONLY and the other 1 hr or 30 min...you use for food and cake. Not reasonable at all. ALSO we had to be out of there by the 2 hours is up. The clean up time is included in that. Ya so we have to stop the party early to clean up our things... the clean up time SHOULD NOT be cutting into the party time. Just how you have the little 15 min before party to set up...they should give 15 min after party to clean up and take what you need. If people are paying 300(tax included) and up for their parties then as a business they need to do better. It's not worth the money in my opinion to have a party there, just take the kids to play and that is it.

Great experience. I did a birthday party for my 4 year old. We were 13 kids and 14 adults, easily able to accommodate in the party room and the kids loved the place. The entire playground is very safely built with interesting stuff and it was really difficult to get the kids out after 3 hours. Also, the host, Savera, was awesome and helped us throughout in setting up and cleaning the place. Will be going back soon.

We had SUCH a blast at Jumbaloo playground! During this time especially, I'm very picky on where I take my daughter and Jumbaloo Playground was so clean and well kept! The kids had so much fun in their huge playground. What we loved about this place that we haven't seen in any other indoor playground, was their arcade area! What a cool addition for the older kiddos who usually can't enjoy these indoor playgrounds! On top of it all, the staff were so friendly! Gigi especially was the sweetest and the kids just loved her! Thank you for such a fun morning! 😍

This playground is the CLEANEST one I've been to. They even provide slippers to use in the washrooms, which I think is terrific! The staff was wonderful and very helpful...my kids and their friends loved it!
The pizza came late which was beyond their control, and so the wonderful manager extended our playtime!!!
Amazing! Definitely recommend this place for your kids to have a great time!
