Food is tasty. Their "all you can eat" lives up to its name, however, their site doesn't give the correct prices. If you're coming around 4 o'clock expect to be paying $32 before tax for an adult. Service is alright, but the servers expect a lot of tip for some reason. I asked for money back and the waitress laughed.
Great food. Really nice ambiance. Great for dinner with casual friends, important people, your loved one, or family. However, some of the staff members don't really care about the customer. For some of staff members, making a request for a glass of water, clean plate for dessert or just sometimes any request, seem too much of a change in routine that I should feel bad for inconveniencing them from doing their job of placing the food on the table and running off. Tip is earned. Some of the staff members are so disappointing that I leave some tip knowing that it will be shared the other staff members who are truly making their best efforts to make me happy so that I come back sooner for another dinner. No where on the door doe it say regardless of how disappointed I am with the service, I must give some tip.
In the end, I hope you're seated in a section where the staff member is happy that you're there, cares about making your dining experience the best, and that you're not at some other restaurant for dinner. The food is fantastic, looks great, and tastes even more amazing.
Food:
Most of the items on the lunch all you can eat menu are delicious. Food is served after being freshly prepared, sushi rolls are full of ingredients instead of being mostly rice. Cooked dishes are also very delicious.
Service:
This is what needs improvement. Most staff members look like they hate their lives working there. An item we ordered was not available but they failed to notify us, so a group of 8 people were waiting for this dish that was never coming. Tip charge was automatically applied without letting us know beforehand.
The good things about service include the quick removal of empty plates, making sure our water/tea were refilled and food being brought out in a timely fashion.
Conclusion:
Worth going to and very comfortable environment to hang out and eat sushi.
Decent all you can eat sushi. Price is on the higher end. Quality and freshness were good. Service is a bit poor. Servers never come around to refill your water and they just throw the food on your table.
The food was incredible and as you see very artistically placed which is a perk I have never thought of before! All of our food came and promptly (especially since we went on a weekend) so I can say that is definitely positive. Our server however was less than happy to be there. When I go to a restaurant part of the enjoyment is friendly people and I understand she was busy, but she didn't say a single word to us despite the fact that we would thank her when she grabbed our plates/gave us food. The restaurant is beautiful and I would recommend but some of the staff give off a different vibe.
