I worked with Kathy a few months ago. I was referred to her by a friend. I was in the market to buy a condo in Mississauga.

What I liked best about her was that she didn't mind me calling her out of the blue to ask her to show me a condo that was just newly listed. Actually, she was more than happy to do it and made it seem like it was her pleasure to do so. With Kathy, I could call her to show me a condo and we'd go see it right away.

My last real estate agent would never do that for me; I would always have to make an appointment. And you know what happens when you don't take quick action in today's marketplace, right? You often lose out on the best listings.

Kathy, if you read this, I just want to say that you're awesome. Your enthusiasm is contagious.
