I cannot say enough good things about Kozmus Inc and their team. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Jarek through the entire process of our home build. Jarek was patient and accommodating and very approachable. And the owner Kaz was very understanding and kind as we had some issues with the material we purchased that was mysterious to say the least! Regardless Kozmus brought in alternate experts when needed and seemed happy to make us happy.

Jarek was also excellent at getting back to us quickly and efficiently regarding any upcoming appointments or questions we had. Furthermore, all the gentlemen they sent to our home to do work were very conscientious and pleasant to work.

Our project was very large and included very detailed and difficult marble installations on interior steps, walls, vanities, countertops with waterfalls and a unique fireplace. There was nothing easy about our project other than working with Kozmus! I HIGHLY recommend Kozmus to anyone seeking exceptional customer service.

Quick timing for template, took about 2 weeks to get my counter installed, they said it would be longer, but I requested it before my birthday if possible and they delivered. Excellent prompt customer service, and a great selection of slabs. I would use them again and I highly recommend Kozmus.
