Lakeshore Apartments - CLV Group

Just moved in the other day, but my partner and I are very happy. The newly renovated & spacious apartment features an open concept kitchen plus a very big balcony. The building is very clean and pet friendly which is a huge plus in my books ????. The area also has a great park close by and lots of restaurants & grocery stores to choose from. All that being said, I must applaud the continuous hard work & effort of Ian for making the the transition so smooth. He's always picking up his phone, responding to emails/ texts (even on his days off), and following up on questions we've asked.

We just moved in and we love everything about the place. The unit is clean and suits our taste. There's a bus stop right outside the door, and the terminal is only like a 5-min walk. It's close to the plaza as well. Ian helped us out through the entire thing and it was a smooth process!

The transition for moving into the building was the most easiest experience ever. Ian Dsouza was right on the mark in helping us out of a bind. He responded immediately to all of our questions and found us an apartment right away! I would most definitely recommend him and his company to anybody :)

Just moved in. The neighbors are very nice. The apartment is clean and spacious. I especially like the huge community center which is just a few steps away. Highly recommend to live in this community if you work near by. Lastly, I'd like to say thanks to Ian, the guy in the apartment management team, for helping me before and after I moving in.

The entire leasing process has been smooth and easy. Hayley and Ian were very friendly and helpful.
They were easily available for communication if you have any questions. The place is a bit pricey, however the location is great.
Looking forward to having a good stay here.
