The technician arrived on time and was very knowledgeable about the service provided and additional restoration services that we will need for our chimney. He was kind, efficient and took the time to show me the work that needs to be done to have our fireplace up and running. Having bought our house with no previous fireplace experience, I appreciated the attention to detail that was provided and the information given.

My aunt had previously raved about Enchanted Chimneys so we decided to give them a call ourselves. The appointment was set up easily, the staff members are very responsive and have really convenient availability…everything at our chimney cleaning session was done so efficiently and effectively.
